Wedding Ceremony
For our ceremony service, your tailored ensemble will play "prelude" music while your guests arrive (30 minutes of music before the start of the ceremony), the “processional” selections, and the “recessional’ selection(s). We are available to play a piece of your choosing during a special moment during your ceremony if you so wish. Our Classical and modern repertoire is sure to inspire elegance and joy.
Cocktail Hour/ Receptions/Dinners/Rehearsal dinners
Charleston Elite Musicians will play for the hour following the ceremony, while your guests mingle before dinner. We have a fantastic repertoire ranging from modern/pop music to ragtime, jazz, iconic and Classical music. There is a sizable discount on the second hour if we play the first hour - a huge deal & helpful for your budget. We play dinners and receptions, too! Please contact for a personalized quote!
Special Events/ Corporate
Our various ensembles play at dinners, parties, engagement dinners, corporate events, and other special occasions. We have a vast repertoire of Classical and Modern selections for your event. For example, recently, our Charleston Elite String Quartet had the honor of providing beautiful background music for a US Navy League Reception for the naming of the USS Frank Petersen, Jr. at the port in Charleston Harbor. Song Arrangements
We have two talented song arrangers on-hand, both of whom work for the Charleston Symphony. Need a special song arrangement for the ensemble of your choosing? We can help make your vision a reality.
Event Music Planning
This is a complimentary service offered by Charleston Elite Musicians. We have 20 years of experience planning and playing weddings in the Lowcountry and have detailed knowledge of nearly every venue in Charleston, including churches and beaches. We are happy to help guide you with song selections and setlists - let us use our expertise to help your day be as worry-free as possible. We are your expert musicians!
Ceremony Sound
Ceremony sound is an individual choice for every couple and dependent on the venue. Our ceremony sound packages include lapel mics that operate through a battery-operated amp. If your ceremony includes a reader we have a hand-held microphone available. This service is available as an add-on for a small rental fee.
